Program Coordinator, Nefab Canada

As Program Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution and ongoing development of a strategic aerospace customer program. This position will serve as the primary coordination point between the customer and internal Nefab teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across production, engineering, sourcing, and sales. In addition to coordinating program execution, the Program Coordinator will actively support the growth and retention of the account by identifying opportunities to expand Nefab’s solutions, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainability initiatives.

Your profile 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred

Production Supervisor, Nefab South East

Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are looking for a driven Production Supervisor for 2nd and 3rd shift to join our team in Nefab Packaging South East, LLC.

Our production organization plays a key role in delivering high-quality and efficient packaging solutions to our customers. In this role, you will lead daily production activities, ensure efficient use of materials and manpower, and help create a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment.

As Production Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead and support daily production operations
  • Supervise and motivate production employees
  • Ensure production schedules are completed on time
  • Maintain high standards in quality, safety, and housekeeping
  • Coordinate with engineering, planning, and other functions to keep operations running smoothly
  • Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency

JOB SUMMARY 

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production floor activities and supporting the Production Department overall. This role ensures production goals are met through effective leadership, communication, planning, and compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Sr. Thermoforming Process Technician, Nefab Dallas

JOB SUMMARY

The position is required to Oversee thermoforming process equipment production parameters, tuning the in-line thermoforming process equipment to ensure optimal performance of machinery and adherence to production schedules. Develop and implement process improvements for thermoforming processing equipment with a focus on increasing efficiency and reducing waste.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement process improvements for thermoforming in-line equipment, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing waste.
  • Oversee thermoforming process technicians and production processes, ensuring optimal performance of machinery and adherence to production schedules.
  • Ensure all thermoforming activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Train and mentor staff on thermoforming techniques, best practices, and safety protocols to build a skilled and knowledgeable process technician team.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and refine thermoforming processes, incorporating feedback from production staff and quality assurance.

Som produktionsmedarbetare ansvarar du för att, i enlighet med fastställda rutiner och kvalitetskrav, medverka i produktionen av företagets förpackningslösningar.

Arbetet bedrivs i nära samarbete med övriga funktioner inom produktionen.

Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar bland annat:

  • Tillverkning, spikning och montering av förpackningsprodukter i trä.
  • Hantering och övervakning av sågmaskiner samt enklare inställningar av spikpistoler.

We are now looking for a Production Supervisor with a strong Engineering background to join our team in Nefab Packaging South Central, Coppell Texas.


As Production Supervisor you will be responsible for 

  • Supervise hourly production employees daily, including rotating coverage for opening and closing the plant.
  • Train employees on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, safety practices, equipment operation, and WHMIS.
  • Motivate and coach employees to perform at their best and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Support the Manager with employee performance management, recruitment, interviewing, and staffing needs.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor daily production work orders to ensure completion within scheduled timeframes.
  • Oversee finished goods warehouse activities, shipping/receiving coordination, and company delivery truck utilization.
  • Track manufacturing efficiency, review work in progress, verify time sheets, and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain production quality and compliance with company, customer, ISO, OSHA, and local standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, equipment/tool control, and safe plant operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, management, vendors, and contractors to resolve technical issues, support planning, and meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with supervisory or leadership responsibility.
  • Strong technical understanding of production processes, machinery, and industrial operations.
  • Ability to analyze problems systematically and implement engineering-based solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in packaging, plastics, thermoforming, corrugated, or industrial manufacturing is an advantage.

As a Test Lab Manager you will be responsible for managing testing operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will contribute to improving packaging performance through testing insights.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Use the test lab to help Nefab’s customers make better package design decisions.

  • Ensure laboratory ISTA certification is maintained and renewed biennially. 
  • Support R&D in the development of new test procedures, design concepts, materials, and tests.

Your profile 

  • Packaging Dynamics and Fragility Professional (ISTA PDP) certification or Certified Packaging Laboratory Professional (CPLP) through ISTA (International Safe Transit Association) preferred but not required.

A specialized degree in packaging is not required but is a positive addition. A bachelor’s degree can be replaced by seven years of work experience in testing products and/or packaging. 

EXPERIENCE 

  • Minimum 5 years of previous working laboratory experience preferred, ideally in conducting product/packaging testing. 
  • Project Management experience is preferred 
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred 
  • Experience building out a lab 

 LANGUAGES 

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

  9. Document tests for RISE packaging in NICS.
  10. Analyze weekly the Product Discrepancies report (scrap, reworks, etc.) and present results to the operations team to improve the performance.
  11. Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Policies and Procedures.
  12. Other duties as needed.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

  • University Degree (B.S. in Systems Engineering preferred or equivalent to experience).

EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years in quality assurance.

LANGUAGES

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
