Planning Support Specialist, Nefab Packaging Southeast 

Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. We are now strengthening our Planning team with a Planning Support Specialist who will serve as a key link between Nefab’s supply chain operations and our customers’ packaging and logistics needs.

As Planning Support Specialist, you will be responsible for translating customer demand signals into actionable packaging plans, ensuring supply chain partners deliver on commitments, and managing performance reporting across internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute directly to service reliability, cost competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.

You will be part of a customer-focused planning team and will collaborate closely with Customer Project Managers, Nefab site operations, and global account management. This is a role for someone who is organized, analytically driven, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

This position is located in the Fairburn, GA, area, which will report to the Planning Manager.

Job Summary

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' goods flow, supply networks, volume forecasts, and seasonality patterns to translate demand into packaging requirements.

  • Collaborate with Customer Project Managers to align on and communicate weekly and daily plans.
    Leverage data analytics and KPI-driven insights to drive successful operations and informed decision-making.

  • Ensure Nefab sites and supply chain partners deliver to plan; identify deviations and take corrective action to improve supply capabilities.

  • Report performance and deviations to management and customer stakeholders; escalate issues internally and externally when delivery performance is at risk.

  • Track and control that deliveries are executed according to plan.

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive overview of all stakeholders and key data to support global account management.

Your Profile 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

  • IBF or ASCM certification (CPF, CPIM, or CSCP) is a plus.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Sales Planning in a manufacturing environment.

  • 2+ years of project management experience.

  • Multi-source data analysis and forecasting skills, with comfort working with large data sets.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, and manufacturers.

  • Familiarity with Infor M3, SAP, or equivalent ERP/planning systems.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and in team settings.

  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Tool Maker is responsible for the final fit, finish, and performance of the injection molds. They will be able to perform detail work when needed in the tool build. Duties include benching, spotting of cavities, cores, and all tooled actions. Must be able to conduct tool repairs, preventative maintenance tasks, Set-up and safely operate Bridge Port mills, surface grinders, saws, and overhead cranes. Tool tryout duties as required.

This position is located in Grand Blanc, MI and you will report to the Site Manager.

Main Responsibilities - Owner of the mold build

o Check materials on hand against the BOM.

o Run Bridgeport, Lathe, Surface grinder, and Boring mill.

o Spot and Bench tool to achieve desired parts.

o Make sure all components are complete, and tool is on schedule.

o Participate in tooling and manufacturing kick off meetings.

o Fix tools that are old or break using hand tools and welder.

o Must have own tools.

o Proactive feedback and corrective action.

Your profile

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Plastics, Product Design (or equivalent work experience in a design related field).

· Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience.

As Regional Quality Manager Americas, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and implementing the Corporate Quality Management System, including Environmental Management System (EMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Code of Conduct (CoC) across Nefab Americas sites. You will ensure compliance with global standards while driving continuous improvement in quality, environmental, and information security processes.

You will contribute to strengthening operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the region.

You will be part of the global Quality organization, reporting to the Head of Corporate Quality. In this role, you will work closely with regional sites, global key account managers, and other Regional Quality Managers to ensure alignment and consistency across geographies. You will collaborate cross-functionally to implement corporate processes, support audits, and drive improvement initiatives.

Production scheduling of Manufacturing (Thermoforming) to ensure on-time shipments to customers while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.  


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Review the master schedule for upcoming production line requirements.
