Als Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze klanten, eigen productielocaties en leveranciers. Je maakt deel uit van het team Commercial Project Support en werkt samen met 6 andere specialisten. Deze functie kan worden ingevuld vanuit Son of Nijkerk, waarbij de grootste behoefte momenteel in Son ligt.
Jouw rol: schakelpunt tussen klant, productie, inkoop en data.
In deze rol combineer je procurement, supply chain en productinformatiebeheer. Je zorgt ervoor dat klantwensen worden vertaald naar concrete, rendabele en uitvoerbare oplossingen.
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
• Aanmaken en onderhouden van productinformatie in het ERP-systeem.
• Vertalen van klantvragen naar duidelijke specificaties en eisen.
• Uitsturen van RFQ’s (Request for Quotation) en selecteren van leveranciers op kwaliteit, prijs en levertijd.
• Analyseren en beoordelen van offertes, inclusief kostprijsberekeningen.
• Onderbouwen van make-or-buy besluiten.
• Voorbereiden van offertes voor Sales op een overtuigende, heldere manier.
• Monitoren van winstgevendheid van nieuwe en lopende projecten.
• Regie houden over het logistieke proces van leveranciers tot levering.
• Signaleren van knelpunten in inkoop en afname en tijdig bijsturen.

• HBO werk- en denkniveau.

Due to continued growth, Nefab Packaging Netherlands is looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to strengthen our Sales team. Your role as Account Manager:
As Account Manager at Nefab Netherlands, you are responsible for driving profitable growth and customer satisfaction across key accounts and new prospects within the Dutch market. You act as a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their supply chain challenges and translating these into optimized, sustainable transport packaging solutions.
You work closely with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, and our ISTA-certified test lab, as well as with Nefab colleagues across Europe and overseas.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage, grow, and retain strategic key accounts within the Netherlands.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Apply consultative selling to sustainable packaging solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with engineering and ISTA-certified test lab.
- Coordinate international projects with sister companies.
- Forecast sales volumes and targets.
- Manage pricing, margins, and commercial controls.
- Monitor market and competitor trends.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or key account experience.
- Experience in packaging, logistics, or industrial markets is a plus.
- Strong commercial and consultative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Strong MS Office skills.

Business Development Manager, Nefab Packaging Northeast
Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our sales organization is vital for us to deliver complete packaging solutions to our customers. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Nefab Packaging Northeast.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing Nefab’s US sales strategy and developing new business within an assigned Midwest territory. You will travel throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Minnesota to identify customer needs, initiate contact with prospects, and provide complete packaging solutions and services that meet those needs. You will also manage new accounts during the start-up phase after successful closing, ensuring a smooth transition to in-house account management once the majority of customer spend is captured.
You will contribute to Nefab’s growth by meeting or exceeding assigned revenue and target metrics, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting prospects through a consultative, solution-oriented approach. You will examine customer specifications, prepare proposals, coordinate with the Nefab Engineering Center on design requirements, and manage opportunity creation, pipeline activity, and related processes in Salesforce.com.
You will be part of the Nefab Packaging Northeast sales team and work closely with Engineering, Operations, and internal commercial stakeholders to deliver customer value. In this function, you will collaborate across departments to support quoting, order management, purchasing, customer corrective actions, and change orders while maintaining high standards of communication and documentation.
This position is located in Hanover Park, IL, United States, and you will report to the appropriate sales leadership role.
