Accounts Payable - Nefab Southeast

Nefab Packaging South East, LLC is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed.  We are now seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Nefab Braselton location.

As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for accounts payable entry, vendor invoice research, selecting invoices for payment and supporting the CSR function when needed. You will contribute to timely and accurate invoice handling, strong vendor management, and efficient financial operations that support the business.

You will be part of the Office staff working closely with multiple members of staff to ensure accurate and timely accounts payable processes. In the Accounts Payable role, you will communicate and cooperate with internal staff and external vendors to support smooth financial operations and maintain payable records and aging.

This position is located in Braselton, GA.

  • Associate degree

SUBREGIONAL FINANCE CONTROLLER, NEFAB NORTH EUROPE

We are now looking for a Subregional Finance Controller to join our team in Nefab North Europe.

As Subregional Finance Controller, you will be responsible for driving the execution of the Group and Regional Finance strategy, including specific finance-related initiatives, in the North Europe subregion, which is made up of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the Baltics. North Europe  has a turnover of 1.2BSEK and approx. 650 employees. You will secure adherence to Group policies and the Nefab governance process through active participation in local Boards, lead the yearly business planning and forecasting process, prepare reports and presentations supporting the steering of the sub-region, and act as backup for local Finance Managers. You will also support acquisitions and the integration of new companies, review investment plans and investment requests, and safeguard transfer pricing and tax compliance within the sub-region. You will be part of the  EMEA Finance organization, working closely with each local Finance Manager in the sub-region, the Finance Director for EMEA, and Group Finance functions. In the Finance organization, you will collaborate across countries and functions, support local management teams, participate in Boards, and help develop the Nordic finance organization from a traditional accounting focus toward a stronger controlling and business-partnering role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Coordinator, Nefab

As Quality Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that Nefab products meet customer requirements established in the drawings and acceptance and rejection criteria, in the different buildings within the Division.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Make incoming inspections and keep records (raw material or finished goods)
  • Create new quality and QSS documents
  • Approve new items or new product introductions and perform the FAI
  • Make the discrepant material report for manufactured or traded products in NICS, send rejection report to purchasing department in case of discrepancies on traded products, identify nonconforming products
  • Work with production to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Verify inspections completed by fellow production personnel.
  • Provide training: acceptance/rejection criteria, released of first production pieces, in process and final inspections, measurement instruments, divulgate quality alerts, “on hold” area, or any other assigned.
  • Support the management of customer complaints (Ex: coordinate segregations of product, if necessary, make quality alerts and provide training) and SCARs (supplier corrective action request).
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Policies and Procedures.
  • Other duties as needed.


Your profile 

  • University Degree (B.S. in Systems Engineering preferred or equivalent to experience).
  • minimum 2 years in Quality Assurance

Business Development Manager, Nefab Packaging Northeast

Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our sales organization is vital for us to deliver complete packaging solutions to our customers. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Nefab Packaging Northeast.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing Nefab’s US sales strategy and developing new business within an assigned Midwest territory. You will travel throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Minnesota to identify customer needs, initiate contact with prospects, and provide complete packaging solutions and services that meet those needs. You will also manage new accounts during the start-up phase after successful closing, ensuring a smooth transition to in-house account management once the majority of customer spend is captured.

You will contribute to Nefab’s growth by meeting or exceeding assigned revenue and target metrics, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting prospects through a consultative, solution-oriented approach. You will examine customer specifications, prepare proposals, coordinate with the Nefab Engineering Center on design requirements, and manage opportunity creation, pipeline activity, and related processes in Salesforce.com.

You will be part of the Nefab Packaging Northeast sales team and work closely with Engineering, Operations, and internal commercial stakeholders to deliver customer value. In this function, you will collaborate across departments to support quoting, order management, purchasing, customer corrective actions, and change orders while maintaining high standards of communication and documentation.

This position is located in Hanover Park, IL, United States, and you will report to the appropriate sales leadership role.
