With a major focus on the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, you will take the consolidated demand view and translate it into optimized, actionable plant requirements, analyzing forecasts against inventory, lead times, and capacity to proactively identify regional supply gaps or surpluses, and converting demand signals into monthly and weekly production requirements for regional plants. You will contribute to ensuring supply chain strategies balance plant capacity, maintain optimal finished goods stocking levels, and align production schedules to reliably deliver on customer commitments.
You will be part of the critical link between demand and manufacturing at Nefab Americas, working closely with plant schedulers to review capacity constraints, smooth production schedules, and maximize asset utilization. In the Supply Chain organization, you will lead the monthly S&OP Supply Review meeting, develop and model "what-if" scenarios for demand surges or disruptions, monitor finished goods inventory health, and build alignment across matrixed plant, sales, and corporate teams through supply scorecards and KPIs such as Production Plan Adherence, Finished Goods Fill Rate (OTIF), and Supply Plan Accuracy.

Nefab Packaging West is looking for a Maintenance Technician to work in our Manufacturing site located in Newark, CA.
Working with the General Manager, and the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, and assists with the development and implementation of manufacturing processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Install, align, take apart, move and maintain machinery
- Use various lifting devices, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, gages and measurement instruments to complete work
- Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions
- Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls
- Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
- Operate machine tools, such as lathes and grinders, to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine scheduled maintenance work on machinery
- Implement a Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) system, including ISO documentation and a detailed PM schedule for each machine
- Use of predictive maintenance techniques and implementation of a computerized maintenance management system to trigger maintenance planning, execution and reporting
- Identify and implement projects to improve machine and operator performance
- Provide basic operations and maintenance training to production operator
- Respond immediately to requests from operators and production supervisors
