JOB SUMMARY 

The P&C Manager is a key member of the local leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions and plans. The P&C Manager will lead the P&C work, setting the direction for people management activities in the company. They ensure compliance with P&C policies, guidelines, and processes, and execute P&C initiatives on local scales.

JOB LOCATION 

Levice as base location & requires travel to other Nefab sites once in 2 weeks on average.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and execute local P&C strategies aligned with business objectives and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure P&C initiatives support organizational growth.
  • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits programs, and oversee accurate payroll processing, tax compliance, and reporting.
  • Support and coach managers in all people management activities. This includes performance management, talent development, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and other P&C-related activities. All these activities will be in line with our P&C policies, guidelines, and processes.
  • Drive and support recruitment activities, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent. This includes developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to make Nefab an attractive place to work.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all P&C processes. Stay updated on labour laws and regulations and ensure our P&C policies and practices comply with these laws.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, unions, and government authorities, and represent the company in local forums and industry associations.
  • Implement and lead P&C programs at a local level and collaborate with global/regional P&C teams to roll out initiatives consistently.
  • Monitor P&C metrics and KPIs and analyse data to drive informed decisions, and continuously improve P&C processes and practices.
  • Manage P&C budgets effectively, balancing strategic investments with fiscal responsibility.
  • Handle external relations with service providers. This includes negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring we get the best service.
  • Seamless integration of the acquired company into Nefab ways of working   

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant P&C roles.
  • Experience in international companies and in a matrix Organisation

Quality Engineer, Nefab Packaging Netherlands

As Quality Engineer you are the first point of contact for quality topics across the packaging supply chain, internally (Operations, Engineering, Planning and Sales) and externally (customers and suppliers). You ensure that packaging products consistently meet specifications and standards, and you turn issues into improvements. 

You will contribute to:

  • Be on-site on the shop floor and in the warehouse to solve quality issues where they arise (hands-on troubleshooting).
  • Support customers and internal stakeholders with non-conformities, claims and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA, 8D).
  • Coordinate with the Quality Inspection team to verify products against customer specifications; guide day-to-day inspection priorities.
  • Run packaging quality analyses and product evaluations; use data to identify trends (e.g., Pareto) and risk (FMEA).
  • Lead root-cause investigations (5 Whys, Ishikawa) and translate findings into robust actions with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce defects, waste and rework (Lean/5S mindset).
  • Maintain compliant documentation and accurate quality records; support internal audits and procedure optimization.
  • Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 programs and related H&S practices in collaboration with QHSE.

Continuous improvement Engineer, Nefab APAC

We are now looking for a CI Engineer to join our team and drive lean transformation and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites in the APAC region.

As a CI Engineer you will be responsible for supporting and enabling site leadership and teams through lean leadership development, lean training, change management, and the facilitation of improvement initiatives like VSMs and Kaizen events across APAC countries.

In this position you will be employed by Nefab Vietnam, but you will work across APAC organizations, coordinated by CI manager and report to the Head of Operations in the region.

JOB SUMMARY

•  Routinely visit assigned facilities to provide and assess safety compliance assistance and coaching. 

•  Identifying health & safety risks and hazards in the workplace and assisting sites with developing and implementing prevention programs, policies & standards, and safety management system.

YOUR PROFILE

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Sciences, Safety Engineering, or similar.

•  Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or similar, preferred.

•  7-10 years of health & safety experience preferably in a manufacturing organization with multi-site responsibilities.

•  Familiar with implementing EH&S Management Systems, e.g., ISO 14001, ANSI Z-10, OSHAS 18001, or ISO 45001.

•  Experience with leading incident investigations, conducting hazard & risk assessments, training with hourly and management personnel, conducting S&H audits and driving cultural change.

•  Experience developing and implementing forward thinking processes that have enhanced the S&H culture, reduced injuries and demonstrated improved performance are essential.

•  Significant knowledge of OSHA regulations required.

Position Overview

The Shipping Administration role is responsible for coordinating and executing all shipping-related tasks, managing customer portals, printing and administering labels, and organizing transportation logistics (including domestic, international, NPI, and sample shipments). Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process shipments for pickup and delivery.

Nefab Packaging West is looking for a Maintenance Technician to work in our Manufacturing site located in Newark, CA.

Working with the General Manager, and the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, and assists with the development and implementation of manufacturing processes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures

- Install, align, take apart, move and maintain machinery

- Use various lifting devices, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, gages and measurement instruments to complete work

- Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions

- Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls

- Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts

- Operate machine tools, such as lathes and grinders, to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery

- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine scheduled maintenance work on machinery

- Implement a Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) system, including ISO documentation and a detailed PM schedule for each machine

- Use of predictive maintenance techniques and implementation of a computerized maintenance management system to trigger maintenance planning, execution and reporting
