We are now looking for a Quality Auditor to join our team in Nefab McMinnville.
As Quality Auditor you will be responsible for resolving quality issues during production runs, review First Article dimensions and complete a first part approval per standard procedure on all start up jobs, inspect last tagged part in containers delivered to final audit per standard procedure, report any problems or discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately, report any un-resolved problems or discrepancies to the Plant Manager and Quality Lead immediately, enter a non-conformance for any defective or mislabeled product, place a hold tag on each container and arrange for the defective product to be moved to the Quality Hold area for disposition. You will contribute to plant quality and quality processes, assist with the training program for new Quality personnel and assist in the APQP/PPAP process.
You will be part of overseeing the quality operations in the manufacturing facility. In the Quality Auditor position, you will work with the quality Lead to ensure quality auditors are performing their responsibilities to standard.
This position is located in McMinnville TN, and you will report to the, Quality Lead.

As Senior Extrusion Process Technician you will be responsible for overseeing extrusion operations, ensuring optimal performance of machinery and adherence to production schedules. Develop and implement process improvements for extrusion operations, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing waste. Ensure all Extrusion activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance. Train and mentor staff on Extrusion techniques, best practices, and safety protocols to build a skilled and knowledgeable team. Manage extrusion operations and ensure seamless integration with Extrusion processes, coordinating closely with other departments to optimize workflows. You will contribute to collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product development and launch, facilitating communication and coordination.
You will be part of extrusion operations, ensuring optimal performance of machinery and adherence to production schedules. Develop and implement process improvements, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing waste.
In the “function/organization”, you will collaboration with engineering and design teams to develop and refine Extrusion processes, incorporating feedback from production staff and quality assurance.
