Om rollen

Som Site Manager för Produktion och Service/Installation har du det övergripande ansvaret för verksamheten i Staffanstorp och Lund. Du leder organisationen genom 2 direktrapporterande chefer och har ett totalansvar för cirka 50 medarbetare inom produktion samt service och installation.

Du ansvarar för resultat, budget, arbetsmiljö och verksamhetsutveckling samt säkerställer en effektiv, säker och lönsam verksamhet med hög kvalitet och leveransprecision. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med marknadsfunktionen för att säkerställa att samtliga kundkrav uppfylls. 

Din profil 

  • Har erfarenhet som Site Manager, Produktionschef, Platschef eller i motsvarande ledande roll inom tillverkande industri och/eller installationsverksamhet
  • Har relevant utbildning och ett starkt tekniskt kunnande
  • Har erfarenhet av kvalitetsledning och arbete enligt Lean
  • Är affärsdriven med god förståelse för sambandet mellan effektiv produktion, servicekvalitet och lönsamhet
  • Är strukturerad och analytisk med tydligt fokus på förbättring och utveckling
  • Har ett tydligt och inspirerande ledarskap med förmåga att coacha och utveckla medarbetare

Du kommer att arbeta med:

  • Övergripande personalansvar för två direktrapporterande tjänstemän samt cirka 50 medarbetare
  • Leda, utveckla och följa upp verksamheten med fokus på säkerhet, kvalitet, leveransprecision och lönsamhet
  • Resultat- och budgetansvar samt uppföljning av nyckeltal
  • Initiera, leda och genomföra resultatdrivande förbättringsarbete enligt Lean, 5S och principer för ständiga förbättringar
  • Säkerställa effektiv planering av produktion, installation, materialförsörjning och personalresurser
  • Övergripande ansvar för installationseffektivitet och efterlevnad av montage- och installationsstandarder
  • Projektledning samt uppföljning av pågående och avslutade projekt
  • Utveckla, implementera och följa upp strategiska planer, SOP och SLA gentemot kund
  • Säkerställa att verksamheten bedrivs i enlighet med verksamhetssystem, lagar, förordningar, avtal, policys och interna riktlinjer

Position: Estimator

Estimator, Nefab Packaging West  

Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our Estimator function in our organization is vital for us to deliver custom packaging solutions to our customers. 

As Estimator you will be responsible for end-to-end estimation and costing process. 

You will be working with the Regional Supply Chain Director, the Estimator is responsible to develop and maintain manufacturing standards and provide timely and accurate quotes to the selling organization. The Estimator will own and continuously improve the end-to-end estimation and costing process for manufacturing/packaging operations to ensure accurate pricing, protect margins, enable faster ROI on sales, and strengthen execution readiness—particularly for low-volume, high-mix projects. This role integrates process engineering inputs (routing, labour standards, machine time, and layout concepts) into a robust costing methodology that supports both commercial decision-making and initial production planning.

This position is located in Newark, CA, and you will report to the director of Supply Chain and Quality.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Estimate Creation & Costing
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates using the ERP system, Excel and product builders.
  • Convert engineered drawings/designs into detailed BOMs for custom packaging solutions.
  • Calculate material, labor, machine/work center, equipment, and overhead costs to determine pricing.
  • Deliver estimates within tight timelines to support quotations, proposals, and project execution.

As Production Supervisor you will be responsible for 

  • Daily supervision of hourly workers (will rotate with same crew), including opening and closing plant.
  • Provides employee training for ISO 9001 and 14001 as well as safety, operation of equipment and WHMIS.
  • Motivates employees to work at their personal best at all times.
  • With Manager, performance manage employees as required to maintain a safe, efficient and cooperative work group.

    Operations
  • Manage daily production work orders to completion within scheduled time frame, assigning tasks to workers as required.
  • Manage finished goods warehouse.

Jouw rol als salarisadministrateur:

De Senior Salarisadministrateur fungeert als inhoudelijk expert op het gebied van salarisadministratie, loonheffingen en arbeidswetgeving. Naast het verwerken van salarissen draagt deze rol bij aan het verbeteren van payrollprocessen, automatisering en rapportages. JOB SUMMARY

Ensure that Nefab products meet customer requirements established in the drawings and acceptance and rejection criteria, in the different buildings within the Division.

Salary range $70,000 -$80,000 annual dependent upon experience 

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide training about: introduction to Q&EMS, SFI, NICS, DOT.
  2. Solve customer complaints on time, coordinating containment actions (quality alert, sorting material, RMA) and the root cause and corrective/preventive actions.
  3. Make follow up to 8DNCRs, 8DComplaints, 8DSCARs, Product Discrepancies in NICS and compile evidences for Corrective / Preventive actions.
  4. Perform FMEA and Control Plan for the operational processes.
  5. Consolidate the results of quality and environmental KPIs.
  6. Perform customized FAIs or PPAPs.
  7. Securing product quality in new products by proposing measures to control or improve the final products to meet established quality standards.
  8. Control of measuring devices (calibrations / verifications), including annual verification of measuring tapes.
  9. Document tests for RISE packaging in NICS.
  10. Analyze weekly the Product Discrepancies report (scrap, reworks, etc.) and present results to the operations team to improve the performance.
  11. Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Policies and Procedures.
  12. Other duties as needed.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

  • University Degree (B.S. in Systems Engineering preferred or equivalent to experience).

  • 2 years in quality assurance.

We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Newark, California.

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate and drive customer projects from quote through delivery, ensuring timelines, costs, and customer expectations are met. You will support the sales and technical teams, manage internal communication across departments, and act as a key liaison for customer inquiries. You will be responsible for maintaining project trackers, leading updates, and solving issues to ensure a smooth project lifecycle.

This role reports to the Global Account Manager and works cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, operations, and customer service.

Salary Range $120,000 - $150,000 annually

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end coordination of customer projects, from quoting through delivery
  • Track project milestones, manage deadlines, and ensure internal teams are aligned on deliverables
  • Communicate with customers to provide project updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations
  • Maintain and update project trackers, pricing files, and internal documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of customer quotes, proposals, and monthly sales reports
  • Collaborate with logistics, production, sourcing, and customer service teams to meet project objectives
  • Respond to inquiries about pricing, lead times, and product availability
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalate blockers, and help drive solutions to completion
  • Support post-project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement in future projects

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with project tracking tools a plus
  • Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Nefab Packaging West is looking for a Maintenance Technician to work in our Manufacturing site located in Newark, CA.

Working with the General Manager, and the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, and assists with the development and implementation of manufacturing processes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures

- Install, align, take apart, move and maintain machinery

- Use various lifting devices, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, gages and measurement instruments to complete work

- Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions

- Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls

- Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts

- Operate machine tools, such as lathes and grinders, to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery

- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine scheduled maintenance work on machinery

- Implement a Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) system, including ISO documentation and a detailed PM schedule for each machine

- Use of predictive maintenance techniques and implementation of a computerized maintenance management system to trigger maintenance planning, execution and reporting

- Identify and implement projects to improve machine and operator performance

- Provide basic operations and maintenance training to production operator

- Respond immediately to requests from operators and production supervisors

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION

- 2-year vocational training or associate’s degree in a related field of study

- Previous training on applicable machinery (CNC)

- Previous training in reading and understanding blueprints/manuals for machinery

- Journeyman or apprentice electrician

EXPERIENCE

- Previous experience designing and improving preventive maintenance plans

- Previous experience in the preventive maintenance of applicable machinery

- Previous experience troubleshooting machine malfunctions/issues

- Previous experience repairing all applicable machinery
