Om rollen

Som Sales Manager Sweden kommer du att vara en nyckelperson i det svenska ledningsteamet med övergripande ansvar för att leda, utveckla och skala försäljningsorganisationen. Du kommer att sätta den strategiska riktningen, driva hållbar och lönsam tillväxt samt stärka organisationens förmåga i nära samarbete med kunder och interna intressenter.

• Flera års erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla en säljorganisation med ansvar för medarbetare, prestation och tillväxt
• Gedigen erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning, gärna inom tillverknings-, logistik-, ingenjörs-, förpacknings- eller liknande branscher
• God affärsförståelse med förmåga att omsätta strategi till tydliga prioriteringar och resultat
• Starka kommunikations- och förhandlingsfärdigheter
• Strategiskt, strukturerat och innovativt tankesätt med hög genomförandeförmåga
• Erfarenhet av förändringsledning samt att utveckla eller transformera säljorganisationer

Kandidatexamen i företagsekomomi, ekonomi, teknik, logistik eller ett närliggande område. Du behöver kunna flytande svenska i både tal och skrift samt engelska på en professionell nivå. Goda digitala kunskaper, inklusive MS Office, Excel och Power BI är ett måste.

Utbildning och språk

Om rollen
Som produktionsmedarbetare ansvarar du för att, i enlighet med fastställda rutiner och kvalitetskrav, medverka i produktionen av företagets förpackningslösningar.

Arbetet bedrivs i nära samarbete med övriga funktioner inom produktionen.

Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar bland annat:

  • Tillverkning, spikning och montering av förpackningsprodukter i trä.
  • Hantering och övervakning av sågmaskiner samt enklare inställningar av spikpistoler.
  • Genomförande av kvalitetskontroller
  • Materialhantering och intern logistik
  • Aktivt deltagande i arbetet för en säker och effektiv arbetsmiljö

2nd shift Production Supervisor

Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our Production organization is vital for delivering high-quality, efficient, and sustainable packaging solutions to our customers. We are now looking for a Production Supervisor with a strong Engineering background to join our team in Nefab Packaging South Central, Coppell Texas.


As Production Supervisor you will be responsible for 

  • Daily supervision of hourly workers (will rotate with same crew), including opening and closing plant.
  • Provides employee training for ISO 9001 and 14001 as well as safety, operation of equipment and WHMIS.
  • Motivates employees to work at their personal best at all times.
  • With Manager, performance manage employees as required to maintain a safe, efficient and cooperative work group.
  • With Manager interview and recruit production personnel
    Operations
  • Manage daily production work orders to completion within scheduled time frame, assigning tasks to workers as required.
  • Manage finished goods warehouse.
  • Monitor manufacturing times to maximize efficiency, making recommendations for improvement where applicable.
  • Verify workers’ time sheets
  • Maintain production quality in accordance with Company or customer standards and ISO 9001 and 14001
  • Perform quality inspection on finished goods with other production personnel and engineering
  • Ensure that the workplace is operating in accordance with OSHA and local standards
  • Report and schedule machine maintenance with production manager
  • Maintain order and safe keeping of all production tools
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices for the plant
  • With the Manager, assist in the planning and scheduling of all work
  • Provide input to management for budgets and capital expenses and assist in feasibility studies
  • Interface with engineers to resolve technical issues
  • Company delivery truck management and utilization.
    Production Planning/Administration Staff
  • Generates and issues Customer Work Order, drawings and other related documentation containing critical information regarding products to be produced and material requirement
    Engineering
  • Reviews documentation for accuracy
  • Makes necessary modifications to documentation and releases to Production
  • A primary function of the Production or Shift Supervisor is coordinating and expediting the flow of production through the plant, driven by a responsiveness production capacities and Customer Service requirements
  • Review a variety of relevant production related documents, analyzing, interpreting and developing appropriate action plans to ensure efficient and continuous production
  • The Supervisor interfaces with outside contractors, supplies and vendors as well as members of management and fellow employees. As such the incumbent must maintain an accurate and current awareness of issues that impact production and customer service
  • The Production Supervisor is responsible for assigning employees workload, determining training requirements, expediting work in progress, coordinating shipping/receiving activities, reviewing/researching/documenting/creating a variety of related reports and working on any production process depending on priority and need
  • To be effective the incumbent must possess a good working knowledge of the production operation and its capabilities.
  • Must possess a good working knowledge of all plant equipment and their respective output capacities
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of process capabilities.
  • Must possess a good understanding of people capabilities and resultant training requirements
  • Other responsibilities include worker safety and the potential for injury from the improper set-up and operation of equipment
  • Must be able to plan effectively and coordinate production activities to meet required deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with supervisory or leadership responsibility.
  • Strong technical understanding of production processes, machinery, and industrial operations.
  • Ability to analyze problems systematically and implement engineering-based solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in packaging, plastics, thermoforming, corrugated, or industrial manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English (reading and writing).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting tools.

De Senior Salarisadministrateur is verantwoordelijk voor het volledig en zelfstandig uitvoeren, beheren en optimaliseren van de salarisadministratie voor Nefab Nederland. De organisatie werkt momenteel met een extern payrollbureau, maar heeft de ambitie om de salarisadministratie volledig intern te organiseren. Jouw rol als salarisadministrateur:

De Senior Salarisadministrateur fungeert als inhoudelijk expert op het gebied van salarisadministratie, loonheffingen en arbeidswetgeving. Naast het verwerken van salarissen draagt deze rol bij aan het verbeteren van payrollprocessen, automatisering en rapportages. Internal Key Account Manager, Nefab Packaging Netherlands

Wil jij werken op het snijvlak van sales, supply chain en engineering? En wil je internationale klanten helpen hun logistieke processen slimmer, efficiënter en duurzamer te maken?

Voor Nefab zoeken we een Internal Key Accountmanager die een centrale rol speelt in het beheren en laten groeien van internationale key accounts. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Use the test lab to help Nefab’s customers make better package design decisions. 
  • Subject matter expert in transport testing and promote and educate the benefits of transport testing to Nefab staff and customers. 
  • Supervise dynamic and climatic transport testing including, but not limited to: vibration, impact, shock and drop testing, compression, and environmental conditioning tests. 
  • Prioritize test schedule.

  • Lead the acquisition of new test equipment. 
  • Coordinate completion of formal test reports.

  • Ensure laboratory ISTA certification is maintained and renewed biennially. 
  • Support R&D in the development of new test procedures, design concepts, materials, and tests. 
  • Provides training to the engineering community to promote comparative analysis of package designs.

Your profile 

  • Packaging Dynamics and Fragility Professional (ISTA PDP) certification or Certified Packaging Laboratory Professional (CPLP) through ISTA (International Safe Transit Association) preferred but not required.

As Quality Engineer you are the first point of contact for quality topics across the packaging supply chain, internally (Operations, Engineering, Planning and Sales) and externally (customers and suppliers). You will contribute to:

  • Be on-site on the shop floor and in the warehouse to solve quality issues where they arise (hands-on troubleshooting).
  • Support customers and internal stakeholders with non-conformities, claims and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA, 8D).
  • Coordinate with the Quality Inspection team to verify products against customer specifications; guide day-to-day inspection priorities.
  • Run packaging quality analyses and product evaluations; use data to identify trends (e.g., Pareto) and risk (FMEA).
  • Lead root-cause investigations (5 Whys, Ishikawa) and translate findings into robust actions with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce defects, waste and rework (Lean/5S mindset).

Financial Controller, Nefab Packaging Netherlands

Role purpose:

The Financial Controller is responsible for managing and executing all accounting and financial reporting activities within the organization. This hands-on role ensures accurate and timely bookkeeping, compliance with relevant regulations, and strong financial controls. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing both operational (80%) and strategic (20%) finance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Administration

  • Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and accruals.
  • Oversee payroll accounting, fixed assets, and VAT/tax declarations.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial data and documentation.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and continuously improve the monthly reporting process for the Jase and Heuman companies according to Nefab policy and guidelines (IFRS based).
  • Produce timely management reports, including variance analyses, sales forecasts, and setup and prepare KPI reporting.
  • Monitor company performance and highlight risks or opportunities to management.

  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships.
  • Experience in industries such as Electronics, Industrial, Telecom, Automotive, or Packaging is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Your role as Account Manager:

As Account Manager at Nefab Netherlands, you are responsible for driving profitable growth and customer satisfaction across key accounts and new prospects within the Dutch market. You work closely with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, and our ISTA-certified test lab, as well as with Nefab colleagues across Europe and overseas.

Business Development Manager, Nefab Packaging Northeast

Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our sales organization is vital for us to deliver complete packaging solutions to our customers. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Nefab Packaging Northeast.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing Nefab’s US sales strategy and developing new business within an assigned Midwest territory. You will travel throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Minnesota to identify customer needs, initiate contact with prospects, and provide complete packaging solutions and services that meet those needs. You will also manage new accounts during the start-up phase after successful closing, ensuring a smooth transition to in-house account management once the majority of customer spend is captured.

You will contribute to Nefab’s growth by meeting or exceeding assigned revenue and target metrics, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting prospects through a consultative, solution-oriented approach. You will examine customer specifications, prepare proposals, coordinate with the Nefab Engineering Center on design requirements, and manage opportunity creation, pipeline activity, and related processes in Salesforce.com.

You will be part of the Nefab Packaging Northeast sales team and work closely with Engineering, Operations, and internal commercial stakeholders to deliver customer value. In this function, you will collaborate across departments to support quoting, order management, purchasing, customer corrective actions, and change orders while maintaining high standards of communication and documentation.

This position is located in Hanover Park, IL, United States, and you will report to the appropriate sales leadership role.
