Sales and Operations Planning Supply Lead, Nefab Packaging Americas

Nefab is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our Supply Chain and Operations organization is vital for us to deliver reliable, well-balanced supply solutions to our customers. We are now looking for an S&OP Supply Lead to join our team in Nefab Americas.

As S&OP Supply Lead you will be responsible for leading the operational execution, supply planning, and production coordination functions across Nefab Americas operations. With a major focus on the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, you will take the consolidated demand view and translate it into optimized, actionable plant requirements, analyzing forecasts against inventory, lead times, and capacity to proactively identify regional supply gaps or surpluses, and converting demand signals into monthly and weekly production requirements for regional plants. You will contribute to ensuring supply chain strategies balance plant capacity, maintain optimal finished goods stocking levels, and align production schedules to reliably deliver on customer commitments.

You will be part of the critical link between demand and manufacturing at Nefab Americas, working closely with plant schedulers to review capacity constraints, smooth production schedules, and maximize asset utilization. In the Supply Chain organization, you will lead the monthly S&OP Supply Review meeting, develop and model "what-if" scenarios for demand surges or disruptions, monitor finished goods inventory health, and build alignment across matrixed plant, sales, and corporate teams through supply scorecards and KPIs such as Production Plan Adherence, Finished Goods Fill Rate (OTIF), and Supply Plan Accuracy.

This position is located in Atlanta, GA, and you will report to the Director of Supply Chain Management. This role will require up to 10% travel.

Your Profile 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of progressive experience in supply planning, inventory strategy, or master production scheduling
  • Proven experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or master scheduling within a formal S&OP framework
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing environments, working closely with physical plant networks
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to turn complex demand data into structured operational supply plans
  • Advanced experience with ERP systems, MRP planning logic, and advanced supply chain analytics tools
  • Demonstrated success managing product availability while simultaneously controlling working capital and inventory days of supply
  • Results orientation and a strong sense of urgency to maintain target customer service levels and fill rates
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented when balancing inventory targets across multiple stocking nodes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to bridge commercial expectations with plant floor execution realities
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on building alignment across matrixed plant, sales, and corporate teams
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence using structured supply chain methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle data-heavy analysis, and deliver results under pressure
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time

Key Account Manager, Nefab Packaging Southeast 

Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our Sales organization is vital for us to deliver complete packaging solutions and services to our customers. We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team at Nefab.

As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our existing customer base, identifying their evolving needs, and delivering complete packaging solutions (CPS) that address them. You'll drive new revenue within your accounts beyond the initial start-up phase, negotiate pricing and business agreements, and lead the full opportunity lifecycle — from proposal development through order processing, installation, and payment. You will contribute to protecting and growing Nefab's market position by consistently identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving gross margins, and delivering a consultative, solutions-first experience to every customer, from owner-level to C-level.

You will be part of the branch sales team, working closely with Nefab's Engineering Center on design requirements and coordinating with Accounting on collections as needed. In the Sales organization, you will follow Nefab's established sales process, using Salesforce/Aranea for opportunity and pipeline management, and maintain close, proactive communication with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders across functions.

This position is located in Braselton, Georgia and you will report to the Sales Manager.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for continuously monitoring and analyzing production requirements to minimize on hand inventories by ensuring no shortages for direct materials. The Buyer is responsible for buying supplies for production.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Procure and monitor direct materials to ensure adequate supply while minimizing inventory levels, including lumber, plywood, OSB, steel, Nefab components, fasteners, pallets, corrugate, foams, hardware, paint, and other production supplies.
  • Manage raw material inventory and warehouse organization across FG Warehouse, RM Warehouse, and Lumber Yard, including stock boxes, kanban, housekeeping, and overall material flow.
  • Coordinate month-end physical inventory counts for raw materials, including counting, reporting, AX data entry, usage and waste reports, stock reconciliation, troubleshooting, and variance analysis.
  • Negotiate pricing and supplier terms for indirect materials such as PPE, banding, inks, glue, tools, consumables, bits, blades, oils, greases, and miscellaneous items.
  • Track supplier performance and cost reduction opportunities by measuring service, quality, and pricing trends, then using that data to improve supplier performance and lower total acquisition cost.
  • Support KPI reporting and inventory control by monitoring stockouts, raw material coverage, and commodity pricing, while continuously improving sourcing and working methods.

JOB SUMMARY

The Business Development Manager (BDM) role is responsible to execute Nefab America’s Sales strategy, initiate contact with potential customers, identify their needs and provide complete packaging solutions (CPS) and services to meet those needs. Working this role, the incumbent will be is responsible for executing the complete sales cycle from new customer identification to closing and coordinating the customer purchase order through the internal selling and manufacturing processes. The position encompasses the strategic planning, coordination, and development of the account. Estimator, Nefab Packaging West

As Estimator you will be responsible for end-to-end estimation and costing process. 

You will be working with the Regional Supply Chain Director, the Estimator is responsible to develop and maintain manufacturing standards and provide timely and accurate quotes to the selling organization. The Estimator will own and continuously improve the end-to-end estimation and costing process for manufacturing/packaging operations to ensure accurate pricing, protect margins, enable faster ROI on sales, and strengthen execution readiness—particularly for low-volume, high-mix projects. This role integrates process engineering inputs (routing, labour standards, machine time, and layout concepts) into a robust costing methodology that supports both commercial decision-making and initial production planning.

This position is located in Newark, CA, and you will report to the director of Supply Chain and Quality.

Salary: $85,000-$90,000 annually 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Estimate Creation & Costing
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates using the ERP system, Excel and product builders.
  • Convert engineered drawings/designs into detailed BOMs for custom packaging solutions.
  • Calculate material, labor, machine/work center, equipment, and overhead costs to determine pricing.
  • Deliver estimates within tight timelines to support quotations, proposals, and project execution.
  • ERP & Product Builder Management
  • Use the ERP system to create, manage, and track estimates and costing.
  • Develop and maintain product builders for standardized components and faster estimating.
  • Update and improve the costing template to reflect all required cost elements.
  • BOM, Layout & Routing Development
  • Analyze drawings and prepare accurate BOMs with material specs, quantities, and process details.
  • Create labor estimates through routing, process by process, for costing and initial production planning.
  • Estimate machine run hours, standard running times, and work center costs during the design stage.
  • Prepare material layouts and die layouts at the estimation phase for use during production.
  • Sourcing & Should-Cost Coordination
  • Work closely with local sourcing teams to ensure current material pricing and availability.
  • Develop and maintain should-cost models for traded materials to improve turnaround on multi-material solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with design, engineering, finance, production, sourcing, and sales teams.
  • Ensure estimates align with production capability, cost control, customer needs, and sales ROI expectations.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting
  • Continuously improve estimating, BOM creation, ERP usage, and builder efficiency.
  • Strengthen costing accuracy to avoid underpricing and support faster business decisions.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in a manufacturing environment for customizable product.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems for estimating and product configuration is required.

As Technical Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for packaging engineers within a Key Account. Nefab Packaging West is looking for a Maintenance Technician to work in our Manufacturing site located in Newark, CA.

Working with the General Manager, and the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, and assists with the development and implementation of manufacturing processes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures

- Install, align, take apart, move and maintain machinery

- Use various lifting devices, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, gages and measurement instruments to complete work

- Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions

- Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls

- Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts

- Operate machine tools, such as lathes and grinders, to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery

- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine scheduled maintenance work on machinery

- Implement a Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) system, including ISO documentation and a detailed PM schedule for each machine

- Use of predictive maintenance techniques and implementation of a computerized maintenance management system to trigger maintenance planning, execution and reporting

- Identify and implement projects to improve machine and operator performance

- Provide basic operations and maintenance training to production operator

- Respond immediately to requests from operators and production supervisors

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION

- 2-year vocational training or associate’s degree in a related field of study

- Previous training on applicable machinery (CNC)

- Previous training in reading and understanding blueprints/manuals for machinery

- Journeyman or apprentice electrician

EXPERIENCE

- Previous experience designing and improving preventive maintenance plans

- Previous experience in the preventive maintenance of applicable machinery

- Previous experience troubleshooting machine malfunctions/issues

- Previous experience repairing all applicable machinery
