Our Production organization is vital for delivering high-quality, efficient, and sustainable packaging solutions to our customers. We are now looking for a Production Supervisor with a strong engineering background to join our team in Nefab Thailand.
As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily production operations, ensuring efficient processes, consistent product quality, and reliable output aligned with customer requirements and Nefab standards. You will contribute to operational excellence by applying engineering principles to improve productivity, optimize processes, and strengthen manufacturing performance.
You will be part of the Production organization, working closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Operations teams. In this role, you will apply your technical knowledge and leadership skills to resolve production challenges, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
This position is located in Sriracha, Chonburi, and you will report to the Production Manager.
