We are now looking for a Senior Packaging Design Engineer to join our team in Nefab Thailand.
As Senior Packaging Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing industrial packaging solutions that meet customer requirements, ensure product protection, and support efficient manufacturing and logistics. You will contribute to engineering excellence, cost optimization, and sustainability, directly supporting Nefab’s value proposition and customer success.
You will be part of the Engineering organization, working closely with Business Development, Production, Sourcing, and Quality teams. In this role, you will collaborate across functions and geographies to ensure packaging designs are technically sound, manufacturable, and aligned with customer specifications, operational capabilities, and sustainability objectives.
This position is located in Sriracha, Chonburi, and you will report to the Engineering Manager.
