We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sourcing Executive/Asst. Manager to join our team. JOB SUMMARY

Site Manager will report to the Regional Managing Director. He/She will promote a culture of operational excellence focused on health and safety, quality, productivity and delivery. The position will supervise the forecast and budget for the division and the report the results to corporate. The position manages relationships between the division and corporate offices.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the overall direction of all manufacturing, finance and admin functions.

JOB SUMMARY

Working with the Head of Corporate Quality, the Asia Quality & Environmental System Coordinator will participate in developing the Corporate Quality Management Systems, including deploying and implementing different processes and routines mainly within Nefab APAC sites. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the Global Quality and Environmental coordinator within APAC.
• Train employees in different aspects related to Quality & Environment Management, Business Continuity Management and/or Code of Conduct.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of Corporate Documents related to Quality & Environmental Management, Business Continuity Management and Code of Conduct.
• Provide support to local sites to interpret and understand applicable environmental regulations.
• Participate in the implementation of Corporate Processes within APAC sites.
• Perform internal and external audits as requested by Audit Plans (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CoC).
• Support local sites and sales to get prepared for Customer Audits and pass them successfully.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience working with product quality assurance and customers.
• You have a few years of experience working in a Quality role on a regional level, with good experience working with ISO 9001 and 14001. It is good if you also have knowledge of ISO 45001 and Code of Conduct (e.g., RBA or similar). 
• You are used to working with tools such as 8D reports, 5 Why analysis, Fishbone diagrams, Pareto analysis, PFMEA/FMEA, etc.
• You have a university degree or College Diploma in quality or equivalent experience/education and are trained as an internal auditor for ISO 9001 and 14001.
• Experience from working with manufacturing companies is a merit.
• You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• As a person, you possess strong communication, organization and time management skills. You are analytical and like to work in a team.

JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative is accountable to accurately process customer orders, from order entry through delivery and payment receipt, and maintain a positive relationship with the customer. He/she will work closely with Sales, Design, Sourcing, Scheduling, Accounting, and members of the production team. He/she will be a liaison between Sales (and the customer) and Production to ensure the customer’s order is handled accurately and professionally. He/she will work with Accounting regarding matters of Customer Information Set Up, Payment Terms and Accounts Receivable.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for accurate and timely processing of Customer orders, including related data and records:
• Entry of customer purchase orders in AX
• Preparation and distribution of order acknowledgements, to customer and Sales
• Coordinating order shipments, if applicable
• Creating customer invoices
• Issue customer quotes, as required by Sales
• Setting up new customers – ensure salesperson sends in appropriate paperwork (New Customer Set-up form, signed Credit Application, tax exemption certificates, etc..)
• Set up new items and product structures in AX
• Enter orders into AX within 24 hours of receipt of P.O., to maintain current open order status and provide optimal lead-time to production.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors, as required by customer Purchase Orders and raw material needs
• Ensure there is no discrepancies between customer’s P.O. and customer’s AX file or quote (payment terms, freight terms, customer’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase, etc.)
• Liaise with Design, Sales and Production departments regarding orders, quotes, manufacturing capabilities, lead-times, etc.
• Provide ongoing communications with customers regarding order progress and delivery status.
• Coordinate order shipments, if required by customer, including obtaining the quote from our Freight 3PL, adding appropriate administration fee, and communicating same to customer.
• Issue and send invoices within 24 hours of shipment.
• Assist Accounts Receivable with resolving collections issues, as required
• Receive appropriate approval for any payment terms greater than 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks)
• Ensure no-charge sample orders have been approved by the Regional Managing Director before order is processed
• Answer the phone and direct calls appropriately
• Maintain the physical customer files and records
• Initiate NCR’s (Non-Conformance Reports) in RMT software for customer complaints
• Perform other duties and handle special projects, as required
• Adhere to ISO 9001 and 14001 Policies and Procedures

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

• Minimum of a College Diploma (business related focus), or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE

• 2 + years of experience in a customer service related
• Packaging industry experience a plus

As a Senior Packaging Engineer you will:

• Design packaging solutions while utilizing Nefab products and/or sourced materials 
• Manage design specifications and approval of outsourced design
• Assist with providing packaging technical expertise 
• Assess structural requirements, method of transport, long term storage and other specifications
• Assist with packaging evaluations and designs of other engineers or designers and other departments.
• Assist with the gathering of sufficient information to enable drawings 
• Create CAD drawings, assembly instructions and material lists
• Assist managers perform special engineering project assignments
• Assist in understanding material specifications and possible replacement materials as needed
• Visit customers with sales personnel to review technical aspects of customer requirements
• Ensures a solution is delivered within the given parameters; on time, construction demands, and packaging budget 
• Visit suppliers as needed and requested by sourcing
• Lead other engineers in projects and supervise and mentor junior engineers, including onboarding

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering equivalent in experience and education 
• 5+ years experience working with CAD programs (preferably SolidWorks, IronCAD); 3D modeling
• Experience in the semiconductor/electronics industry, knowledge on semiconductor/electronics packaging, ESD - and cleanroom requirements
• Experience designing with steel, wood, corrugate, foam and/or other traded materials is considered a strong asset, but not required 
• Experience with automotive customers
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to objectively evaluate information, recommend course of action and implement
• Proven ability to lead the coordination of tasks from multiple people working in different departments in a timely fashion
• Proven ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in varied environments
