JOB SUMMARY

Project Manager will play a pivotal role in successful implementation of new ERP in coordination with Nefab companies across Europe within the defined timeline.  

JOB LOCATION 

Flexible within Europe - However, the person should be living / willing to relocate closer to any of Nefab sites / offices within Europe. 

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES  

  • Together with the local project managers, plan the activities in one to two simultaneous projects.
  • Be responsible to establish and follow up the project plan, activities, requirements, test scenarios and issues in the project tool using the Nefab ERP rollout methodology.
  • Lead the implementation team and plan and coordinate central resources that is responsible to approve and ensure solutions are developed to approved gaps. Follow up that the different stake holders and ensure their tasks are done in a timely manner.
  • Support the local project leader to prepare and drive local steering group meetings.
  • Communicate progress with all stakeholders in the ERP organization.
  • Drive so that decisions are taken in a timely manner.
  • Acts as liaison and coordinator of input from the subject matter experts, other ERP Analysts and the core team.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • You have an university degree (Bachelor) within Business Administration, finance, manufacturing, supply chain or equivalent
  • Two to five years of relevant working experience, preferably within manufacturing industry and experience in project management
