Group Reporting Manager, Nefab AB 

Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. We are now looking for a Group Reporting Manager to join our team in Nefab AB. 

The Group Reporting Manager is responsible for the consolidation of the group results and the official reports. This is a specialist role, which requires deep and wide knowledge about consolidation rules and systems.

You will be part of the Group Finance function and work closely together with your colleagues, supporting the entire finance community in Nefab. 

This position is located in Jönköping, and you will report to the Head of Financial Control.

Key responsibilities for this role include: 

  • Responsibility for the timely, accurate and compliant consolidation of group results.
  • Developing and producing external and internal reporting to various stakeholders.
  • Reviewing reported figures, investigate deviations and ensure data quality.
  • Maintaining and developing group accounting policies and reporting manuals.
  • Driving continuous improvement in our reporting and consolidation processes.
  • Being system owner of the consolidation system IBM Controller.

Your profile 

We are looking for someone who has: 

  • A university degree in business administration, with focus on accounting. 
  • Several years of experience from group accounting, group consolidation or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • A good understanding of internal controls, audit processes and financial governance.
  • Interest for developing AI driven procedures.

If you also have knowledge of international corporate tax, transfer pricing or M&A process it's a plus. Working with finance colleagues in different countries and time-zones requires collaboration and a service-minded approach.
