Energy Director, EMEA

Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our Sales & Marketing organization is vital for us to develop and drive new business across the EMEA region. We are now strengthening our regional team with an Energy Director.

The Energy Director, EMEA will play a key role in defining and executing Nefab’s regional Energy strategy, prioritizing and developing target accounts, and supporting local organizations in driving growth opportunities across EMEA.

A central focus of the role is to accelerate the development of Nefab’s contract packing, logistics services, and integrated supply chain solutions business within the Energy segment. The Energy Director will position Nefab not only as a packaging supplier, but as a strategic partner delivering value-added packaging, contract packing, warehousing, logistics, and industrial service solutions to Energy customers across EMEA.

In addition to regional strategic responsibilities, the Energy Director will directly manage and develop customers and prospects within the subregion where the role is based, with a particular focus on Germany and Denmark.

This position is located in Germany, and you will report to the VP Sales and Marketing, EMEA.

Your profile 

Experience:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in regional or international business development, sales, logistics services, supply chain, or related B2B roles
  • Strong understanding of the Energy segment ecosystem and business landscape in EMEA
  • Experience within industries such as renewable energy, power generation, grid infrastructure, electrical equipment, battery, hydrogen, oil & gas, or related industrial sectors
  • Proven track record in developing and closing complex multi-country business opportunities and strategic customer relationships
  • Strong background in logistics services, contract packing, supply chain solutions, or value-added industrial services
  • Experience selling complex solution-based offerings involving operations, engineering, logistics, and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with contract logistics, industrial services, warehouse operations, or outsourced packing solutions is strongly preferred
  • Proven profit and loss responsibility within a matrix organization
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives without direct authority
  • Experience in strategic account development, account prioritization, and long-term customer growth planning
  • Experience coordinating with operations, engineering, sourcing, project management, and logistics teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Exposure to regional marketing activities such as tradeshows, customer events, and commercial campaigns
  • Experience with industrial packaging solutions is considered an advantage

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and manage complex business situations
  • Self-directed, able to set priorities and work independently to deliver results
  • Proven ability to sell solutions and address complex customer needs
  • Proactive in identifying new sales opportunities and engaging prospects with a value-added approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Skilled presenter to diverse audiences and organizational levels
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills across countries and cultures
  • Solid project management capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
