We are now looking for a Customer Service Associate, CSA – Inbound Operations to join our team in Nefab VMI – Fairburn

As Customer Service Associate, CSA – Inbound Operations, you will be responsible for supporting inbound warehouse operations by coordinating incoming shipments, communicating with drivers, maintaining accurate trailer inventory, processing inbound shipment documentation, monitoring inbound deliveries, resolving shipment discrepancies, verifying orders, bills of lading, packing slips, and receiving records, updating data in Pinc and G-Sheet databases, assisting with yard audits, and supporting timely resolution of customer-related issues. You will contribute to accurate receiving, on-time receipt processing, inventory record accuracy, strong customer satisfaction, and efficient warehouse operations.

You will be part of the Warehouse / Logistics team, working closely with the Inbound Lead, Inbound Supervisor, Planner, Transportation, Procurement, and other internal warehouse teams to ensure efficient receipt and processing of goods. In this function, you will communicate across departments, maintain accurate records, resolve exceptions quickly, and support safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

This position is located in Fairburn, Georgia, and you will report to the TMS Manager

Scheduled Shift: 3rd Shift, 5:00am - 5:30pm, Fri, Sat, Sun

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes preferred.
  • English proficiency required; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
