Nefab is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our Supply Chain and Operations organization is vital for us to deliver reliable, well-balanced supply solutions to our customers. We are now looking for an S&OP Supply Lead to join our team in Nefab Americas.

As S&OP Supply Lead you will be responsible for leading the operational execution, supply planning, and production coordination functions across Nefab Americas operations. With a major focus on the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, you will take the consolidated demand view and translate it into optimized, actionable plant requirements, analyzing forecasts against inventory, lead times, and capacity to proactively identify regional supply gaps or surpluses, and converting demand signals into monthly and weekly production requirements for regional plants. You will contribute to ensuring supply chain strategies balance plant capacity, maintain optimal finished goods stocking levels, and align production schedules to reliably deliver on customer commitments.

You will be part of the critical link between demand and manufacturing at Nefab Americas, working closely with plant schedulers to review capacity constraints, smooth production schedules, and maximize asset utilization. In the Supply Chain organization, you will lead the monthly S&OP Supply Review meeting, develop and model "what-if" scenarios for demand surges or disruptions, monitor finished goods inventory health, and build alignment across matrixed plant, sales, and corporate teams through supply scorecards and KPIs such as Production Plan Adherence, Finished Goods Fill Rate (OTIF), and Supply Plan Accuracy.

This position is located in Atlanta, GA, and you will report to the Director of Supply Chain Management. This role will require up to 10% travel.

Do you want to be part of a global organization and contribute to our growth journey? Apply to the position as S&OP Supply Lead today!
