Regional Finance Manager, North USA

Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. We are now strengthening our team in Nefab North with a Regional Finance Manager.

As Regional Finance Manager, you will lead the finance function for the North Subregion and serve as a key business partner to the Regional Managing Director and operational leadership team. You will provide financial insight and guidance to drive profitable growth, improve operational performance and support sound business decisions.

This is a hands-on finance leadership role requiring strong manufacturing finance and cost accounting expertise.

Position location: Chicago IL, or Dover NH


Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance function across the North Subregion, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis and controls. 
  • Partner with regional and plant leadership to improve profitability, margins, productivity and cost performance. 
  • Lead manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, labor and overhead rates, manufacturing variances, inventory valuation and WIP analysis. 
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities. 
  • Analyze customer, product and operational profitability to support pricing and business decisions. 
  • Oversee working capital performance, including AR, AP, inventory and cash flow. 
  • Lead and develop the regional finance team and drive clear accountability, process improvement and effective ERP utilization. 
  • Ensure compliance with Nefab Group policies, internal controls and reporting requirements. 
  • Support investment decisions, business cases and other strategic initiatives. 


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. 
  • CPA, CMA or equivalent professional designation preferred. 
  • 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience. 
  • Manufacturing finance experience required. 
  • Strong hands-on cost accounting experience required. 
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred. 
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to partner with operational leadership. 
  • Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills. 
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. 
  • ERP experience required; Infor M3 experience is considered an asset. 
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
