JOB SUMMARY

The People & Culture Admin provides administrative support and helps ensure the smooth coordination of employee-related processes. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to support both employees and management effectively.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate end-of-month employee engagement activities across all locations, including employee birthdays, anniversaries, and Employee of the Month recognition.
  • Organize FIKA gatherings and employee potlucks.
  • Review employee timecards and follow up on discrepancies or missing information.
  • Complete onboarding for all blue-collar employees.
  • Order recognition gifts for employees.
  • Upload Code of Conduct documents to the shared drive.
  • Assist with communication between employees, HR, and management.
  • Respond to employee HR questions and provide support with Paycom inquiries.
  • Up to 25% travel to other facilities to provide support.
  • Recruiting all warehouse personnel.
  • Perform job duties as assigned by your manager.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred.

LANGUAGES

  • Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is preferred but not required.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
