Logistics Manager, Nefab Packaging Hungary

We are now looking for a Logistics Manager to join our team in Nefab Packaging Hungary 

As Logistics Manager you will be responsible for logistics and inventory at Nefab facilities. You will contribute to seamless warehousing and fulfillment of customer orders based on Sales/CS data.

This position is located in Fót, and you will report to the Operations Manager.

Primary job duties

• Responsible for warehousing operations, inventory status, and inventory accuracy
• Ensures the intakes from suppliers, warehousing, and fulfillment of customer orders based on Sales and CS data
• Responsible for IT recording of material and goods movements in the ERP system
• Responsible for the condition of the forklift fleet at the Fót facility and, if necessary, arranges required maintenance
• Maintains contact with other departments (QA, Manufacturing, CS, Sales)
• Reports directly to the Operations Manager and prepares statistical reports as needed
• Responsible for organizing and conducting periodic inventory counts across all sites
• Participates in customer and system audits, representing the Logistics/Warehouse departments during these audits
• Prepares for and participates in Nefab’s freight tenders

Your profile 

• At least 3 years of relevant managerial experience in logistics
• University/College degree (in engineering or logistics)
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in office software such as MS Excel and Outlook
• Proficiency in Infor M3 ERP system is an advantage
