Business Development Manager, Nefab North China

We are now strengthening our team in Nefab North China (Dalian, Jinan and Hefei Province) with a Business Development Manager.

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth in the North China region (Dalian, Jinan and Hefei Province) , and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue targets. You will contribute to expanding Nefab's market presence, increasing profitable sales, and strengthening our position as a trusted partner in sustainable packaging solutions.

You will be part of the North China Sales team, reporting to the North China Sales Manager. In the sales organization, you will work closely with global sales teams, operations, customer service, and engineering functions across different geographies to develop tailored solutions, ensure seamless project execution, and share market insights to support Nefab's global growth strategy.

This position is located in home office / remote work setup, and you will report to Sales Manager, North China.

Your responsibility

  • Achieve annual individual sales performance and net profit contribution KPIs as required by the company
  • Regularly visit key accounts, develop new customers, and maintain existing customers; expand sales channels and increase market share
  • Responsible for project negotiation, tracking, and management, payment collection, communication and coordination with customers, and timely handling of customer issues
  • Establish strong business relationships with target key accounts, identify their needs, and expand diversified cooperation on products and services
  • Collaborate with the Group and China business development teams to participate in the tracking and service of large projects, striving to reach cooperation
  • Develop key account development plans, control sales budget and sales expenses, and balance the development of sales scope and sales targets

Your profile 

  • Over 5 years of sales experience in industrial products; sales experience in the packaging industry is preferred.
  • Resources in market channels or established enterprise customer relationships are preferred.
  • Experience in key account development and maintenance, with strong public relations and business negotiation skills.
  • Good market judgment and development capabilities, with strong observation and adaptability.
  • Excellent learning ability and self-management skills.
  • Good teamwork spirit.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, and other office software.
  • CET-4 or above, with proficient reading and writing skills in English.
  • Language requirements: English, Mandarin.
  • Industry requirements: Machinery/Manufacturing, Electronics/Communications/Semiconductors, Automotive Parts and Accessories, New Energy.
