Customer Service Specialist, Nefab Chengdu, China

Our sales/customer service organization is vital for us to deliver customized, sustainablepackaging and logistics solutions that protect our customers' products and optimize their supply chains to our customers. We are now looking for a "Customer Service Specialist" to join our team in Nefab Chengdu China.

As Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiriesprocessing orders, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution. You will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction, strengthening long-term partnerships, and driving operational efficiency to support Nefab's business growth. 

You will be part of Sales & Customer Service team, serving as a key link between our customers and internal functions. In the customer service organization, you will communicate and cooperate with sales, operations, and logistics teams across multiple geographies to ensure seamless order execution and proactive customer support.

This position is located in Chengdu China, and you will report to Sales Manager West China.

Your Responsibility

  • Maintain customer shipments, including reconciliation and invoicing
  • Operate the company's M3 system
  • Liaise with suppliers and arrange transportation, cargo tracking, customs clearance, and settlement matters
  • Handle daily import and export orders
  • Prepare customs declarations and related documents, and arrange invoicing matters
  • Follow up on customer orders and other relevant tasks assigned by supervisors

Your profile 

  • At least 2 years of proven work experience in customer service
  • Proficient in English listening and reading (Intermediate to Advanced level)
  • Familiar with office software, such as Excel, Word, etc.
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in handling customs affairs
  • Experience in import and export operations is preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., M3) is preferred
