Sales Representative, Nefab Denmark (Farusa Packaging)

Our sales organization is vital for us to build new business and maximize the potential of our existing business through effective customer relations. We are now strengthening our team in Nefab Denmark with a Sales Representative for the Jylland region.

As Sales Representative you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of Nefab's customer portfolio in Jylland. You will contribute to prospect and pursue new customers in the region. In the sales team, you will have to cooperate with other departments of the organization.

This position is flexible in terms of location, but requires regular travel across the Jylland region and regular visits in Farum. You will report to the Head of Sales.

Your main responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new customers – Hunter profile (70–80%)
  • Develop and maintain existing customers and key accounts
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within packaging and logistics
  • Plan and execute targeted sales and business development activities
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, operations, and global product and service teams

Your profile 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Fluency in Danish and English - both written and spoken
  • Preferably experience from packaging, logistics, or solution-based sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Structured, proactive, and self-driven
  • Persistent, energetic, and results-oriented
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Navigator)
  • Proficient in MS Office / Office 365
