We are now strengthening our team in Nefab Packaging Netherlands with a Segment Manager to lead and coordinate strategic customer segments, ensuring successful execution of projects, stakeholder alignment, and continuous business growth. In this role, you will be the connecting link between Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain, translating customer needs into measurable results and sustainable value creation.
As Segment Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing one or more customer segments. You will coordinate projects, monitor performance, align stakeholders, and ensure segment objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently.
You will contribute to:
Segment Management & Project Leadership
• Manage one or multiple strategic business segments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor segment plans and project actions.
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Translate customer and segment requirements into actionable internal plans.
• Facilitate clear communication between departments and stakeholders.
• Ensure ownership, accountability, and follow-up on key initiatives.
Commercial & Operational Support
• Contribute to identifying growth opportunities within assigned segments.
• Support solution development, customer proposals, and implementation plans.
• Assist in customer projects and strategic segment initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data and customer needs.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Monitor KPIs, project progress, and segment performance.
• Identify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Report on status, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure quality, planning, and successful implementation of initiatives.
This position is located in Son, and you will report to the Head of Sales & Marketing.

• 3–7 years of experience in project management, commercial project coordination, account development, or operational management.
• Affinity with supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems.
• Proactive, self-managing, and capable of maintaining oversight in complex environments.
