IT Operations Specialist, Nefab AB

Do you want to work with operations in a modern IT environment for a global and growing company? If so, you might be the Technical IT Operations Specialist we are looking for!

The IT Operations team is a central part of Nefab's Group IT and is responsible for the operation and availability of our global IT environment. In the role, you work with advanced technical IT operations and incident management and actively contribute to improvements of the infrastructure from an IT Operations perspective. You handle incidents and problems that escalate from the first line, lead these to a solution and, if necessary, collaborate with the third line, platform teams and external partners with specialist expertise. You have a clear responsibility for follow-up, quality assurance and ensuring that solutions are stable, safe and ready for operation. The role is broad and varied, with an emphasis on the server, application and security areas. You support daily operations while participating in improvement initiatives and infrastructure projects with a focus on availability, security, compliance, automation, and standardization.

We are looking for a motivated and structured person who enjoys acting as a natural point of contact between different parties. You are driven by making things happen, have a genuine interest in IT, and approach technical challenges in a pragmatic way. The role requires broad IT competence, and we will offer opportunities for further development in areas where it is needed. Our environment is modern and is primarily based on Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Azure. We offer a role in an engaged IT department where your contribution makes a difference.

The location is Jönköping, and you report to the Head of IT & IS.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical IT role, preferably within IT Operations.
  • Broad understanding of IT infrastructure in Microsoft-based environments.
  • Experience in incident and problem management.
  • Ability to drive technical issues to resolution in collaboration with multiple parties.
  • Very high service orientation and a structured way of working.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and pragmatic in technical decisions.
