MANAGING DIRECTOR, NEFAB DENMARK

Our Danish organization is vital for us to deliver complete, sustainable packaging and logistics solutions to our customers. We are now looking for a Managing Director Denmark to join our team in Nefab Denmark.
As Managing Director Denmark, you will be responsible for leading and growing Nefab’s Danish business with full P&L ownership, ensuring profitable, responsible, and sustainable growth. Nefab Denmark has a turnover of about 100 MDKK and 30 employees in three different locations, Roskilde, Farum and Aarhus. You will drive business development, strengthen Nefab’s market position, and lead the integration of a newly acquired company to build One Nefab Denmark. You will contribute to Nefab’s purpose of saving resources in supply chains for a better tomorrow by embedding sustainability, customer value, and long-term partnerships into everyday business decisions.
You will be part of the Nordic leadership structure, working closely with regional and global stakeholders across Nefab. In the country and Nordic organization, you will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, logistics, sourcing, and sustainability teams, while aligning local execution with Nefab’s corporate and Nordic strategies. The role requires strong interaction across geographies and functions, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
This position is located in Roskilde or Farum, Denmark, and you will report to the Head of North Europe.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a purpose-driven and people-centered leader with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to lead change in complex organizations. Requirements and competencies include:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar
• Proven senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility
• Strong background in business development, sales, and negotiation
• Experience in logistics services, contract logistics, and/or contract packing for manufacturing customers
• Demonstrated experience leading change, transformation, and post-merger integration
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop leadership teams and organizations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust, alignment, and engagement across stakeholders
