Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are looking for a driven Production Supervisor for 2nd and 3rd shift to join our team in Nefab Packaging South East, LLC.
Our production organization plays a key role in delivering high-quality and efficient packaging solutions to our customers. In this role, you will lead daily production activities, ensure efficient use of materials and manpower, and help create a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment.
As Production Supervisor, you will:
You will be part of the local operations team and work closely with colleagues across production, engineering, and planning. This position is located in Braselton, GA and reports to the Site Manager.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with experience from a manufacturing environment and a passion for people, safety, and operational excellence.
You likely have:
Experience with materials such as steel, wood, corrugate, or foam is an advantage, as is knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or M3.
Shift hours:
2nd shift Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm - 2:30 am
3rd shift Sunday, Friday and Saturday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
