We are now looking for a Senior Packaging Engineer to join our team in Nefab Son.
As Senior Packaging Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Design innovative packaging solutions using materials such as wood, corrugated, foam, and steel
- Develop CAD drawings, assembly instructions, and bill of materials
- Analyze transport, storage, and structural requirements
- Lead engineering projects and coordinate tasks across teams
- Support and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with customers and sales teams on technical requirements
- Optimize packaging for cost efficiency and sustainability
- Work with suppliers and sourcing teams . You will contribute to [insert the role’s key contributions to Nefab].
As a Senior Packaging Engineer, you will design and develop innovative, sustainable packaging solutions tailored to customer needs. You will work closely with sales, production, and clients, playing a key role in complex engineering projects.
This position is located in Son, and you will report to the manager Engineering.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Design.
- Minimum 5 years of CAD experience (SolidWorks, IronCAD, NX, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with packaging materials is a plus.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Fluent in English.
