Regional Quality Manager, Nefab Americas

Our Quality organization is vital for us to deliver sustainable, compliant, and high-performing solutions to our customers. We are now looking for a Regional Quality Manager to join our team at Nefab Americas.

As Regional Quality Manager Americas, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and implementing the Corporate Quality Management System, including Environmental Management System (EMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Code of Conduct (CoC) across Nefab Americas sites. You will ensure compliance with global standards while driving continuous improvement in quality, environmental, and information security processes.

You will contribute to strengthening operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the region.

You will be part of the global Quality organization, reporting to the Head of Corporate Quality. In this role, you will work closely with regional sites, global key account managers, and other Regional Quality Managers to ensure alignment and consistency across geographies. You will collaborate cross-functionally to implement corporate processes, support audits, and drive improvement initiatives.

This position is located in the Americas (Dallas or Atlanta areas preferred), and you will report to the Head of Corporate Quality.

Your Profile 

  • University degree or college diploma in Quality or equivalent education/experience
  • Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001
  • Formal training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 standards
  • 10+ years of experience in a global quality role
  • Experience working within a global manufacturing company is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, Business Continuity Management, and Code of Conduct standards (RBA or similar)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); Spanish is an asset
