PolyFlex, part of Nefab Group, is a manufacturing company that specializes in the design, engineering and manufacturing of plastic molded products for Industrial and especially Automotive applications.
Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. We are now looking for a Senior Thermoform Process Technician to join our team in Nefab PolyFlex-Part of Nefab Group.
This position is responsible for starting up and maintaining the extrusion machines. Troubleshoot and ensure machine is running quality product in the most efficient manner.
* Thermoforming, Extrusion or Plastics manufacturing experience is required to be considered for this position.
*Experience with OEE, scrap and basic process/production metrics are preferred.
*Experience with Heavy and Thin Gauge Plastic required.
Core Thermoforming Manager Responsibilities:
b) Maintain a run sheet filling out 4 times per day and keeping a record of every run every day.
c) Maintain a daily line journal.
d) Maintain daily maintenance of extrusion line and records.
