JOB SUMMARY
The Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and our success depends on high-performing people. Our operations organization is essential to delivering cost-effective packaging solutions to our customers. We are looking for a T&CI Leader to join our team and lead lean transformation and continuous improvement at our manufacturing plant in Levice, Slovakia.
As a CI Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities to improve production and support processes (using methods such as Lean, Kaizen, VSM) while also managing technical projects from pre-series to serial production. The position ensures efficient setup of production processes, management of technical projects, and implementation of new investments and technologies aimed at increasing the plant’s performance. You will also promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Additionally, you will lead and manage a small technical team.
