JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a T&CI Leader to join our team and lead lean transformation and continuous improvement at our manufacturing plant in Levice, Slovakia.

As a CI Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities to improve production and support processes (using methods such as Lean, Kaizen, VSM) while also managing technical projects from pre-series to serial production. The position ensures efficient setup of production processes, management of technical projects, and implementation of new investments and technologies aimed at increasing the plant’s performance. You will also promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Additionally, you will lead and manage a small technical team.

JOB LOCATION 

  • Levice
  • You will report directly to the Plant Manager in Levice

EDUCATION

  • University degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation, or a related discipline)

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience implementing lean manufacturing (preferably in a production environment)

LANGUAGES

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in English are essential, written and verbal
  • Fluency in local language

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES 

Technical knowledge

  • Knowledge of production processes and technologies
  • Ability to read technical documentation and specifications
  • Familiarity with Lean/CI tools and lean manufacturing methodologies
  • Experience with investment projects (CAPEX)

Personality prerequisites

  • Project and analytical thinking
  • Proven skills in change management and coaching
  • Ability to connect technical details with a business perspective
  • Natural authority and ability to lead people
