Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our Sales & Marketing organization is vital for us to drive revenue and foster customer relationships. Our Sales department in France has a yearly revenue of ~25M € and 10 full-time employees across sales teams. We are now strengthening our team in Nefab France with a Sales & Marketing Manager to achieve the objective to double revenue to 50M € by 2030.
As Sales & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for Strategic planning, sales management, marketing initiatives and seamless collaboration with other global and regional teams. You will contribute to multi-material packaging solution and logistics projects and thriving collaborations with customers.
You will be part of the sales team in Nefab France. In the organization, you will work closely with other functions such as the engineering center, customer service and production, while you also need to collaborate with global teams and regional sales initiative leaders.
This position is located in Lyon, and you will report to the Managing Director of France.
