Your Responsibility:
  • Receive and break down customer orders or forecasts into internal orders and external purchase orders, and track their timely completion.
  • Notify customers of shipment details and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Issue invoices to customers on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify supplier invoices upon receipt and process them for accounting entry.
  • Track and analyze the on-time delivery rate of the customers you are responsible for, and work with relevant departments to improve performance.
  • Monitor the on-time delivery rate of suppliers.
  • Assist in the collection of customer payments.
  • Lead the management of long-term inventory.
  • Coordinate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the department leader.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in the industrial packaging or logistics industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic English is required; CET-4 level or above are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of customers.
  • Familiarity Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and process improvement.
