JOB SUMMARY

Working with the Head of Corporate Quality, the Asia Quality & Environmental System Coordinator will participate in developing the Corporate Quality Management Systems, including deploying and implementing different processes and routines mainly within Nefab APAC sites. Job Location: Flexible within Nefab Asia sites in China / Southeast Asia / India / Vietnam  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the Global Quality and Environmental coordinator within APAC.
  • Train employees in different aspects related to Quality & Environment Management, Business Continuity Management and/or Code of Conduct.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of Corporate Documents related to Quality & Environmental Management, Business Continuity Management and Code of Conduct.
  • Provide support to local sites to interpret and understand applicable environmental regulations.
  • Participate in the implementation of Corporate Processes within APAC sites.
  • Perform internal and external audits as requested by Audit Plans (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CoC).
  • Support local sites and sales to get prepared for Customer Audits and pass them successfully.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience working with product quality assurance and customers.
  • You have a few years of experience working in a Quality role on a regional level, with good experience working with ISO 9001 and 14001. It is good if you also have knowledge of ISO 45001 and Code of Conduct (e.g., RBA or similar). 
  • You are used to working with tools such as 8D reports, 5 Why analysis, Fishbone diagrams, Pareto analysis, PFMEA/FMEA, etc.
  • You have a university degree or College Diploma in quality or equivalent experience/education and are trained as an internal auditor for ISO 9001 and 14001.
  • Experience from working with manufacturing companies is a merit.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • As a person, you possess strong communication, organization and time management skills. You are analytical and like to work in a team.
