Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. We are now strengthening our Global IT team with an IT Support & Maintenance coordinator. Nefab has recently taken a decision to insource the global service desk so the position’s primary focus will be to establish and develop our support and maintenance processes, with the aim to secure that our end users get best possible support. The global service desk consist of skilled employees across our three regions; Europe, Americas and Asia and you will be responsible to coordinate and keep them up to date. 
 
An important task will be to create and revise instructions and guidelines related to IT support and maintenance. You will secure awareness and spread knowledge about these by conducting trainings (primarily webinars). 
 
This position is located at any of the Nefab Group’s offices in Sweden (Jönköping, Kista, Skultuna, Staffanstorp or Runemo).
 

Your profile

  • Proven work experience within a service desk, primarily support related to the Microsoft platform (Active Directory, O365, etc.)
  • ITIL certification, or working experience with ITIL
  • Degree in relevant area, or equivalent experience
  • Systematic and well-organized
  • A team player with collaborative and networking skills
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to adjust messages to the receiver(s)
  • Self-directed being able to formulate activities and direction
  • Passionate about new technology and giving hands-on support to people
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally
  • Strong MS office skills
