Managing Director, Nefab Finland

Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed.

Nefab is seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead our operations in Finland.  Our Finnish operations has a turnover around 20 MEUR, around 75 employees and is located in Helsinki, Tampere and Vaasa.

This role involves full P&L ownership and the implementation of Nefab’s corporate strategy, including sustainability initiatives. The successful candidate will build partnerships with key customers and suppliers, drive business development, and manage and strengthen the Finnish organization. Additionally, the role includes expanding manufacturing and service capabilities through greenfield operations and company acquisitions.

Ideally you are based close to Tampere or Helsinki but with the ability to travel to our different locations as well to our customers.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Master’s or other advanced executive degrees are a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a general management role.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude with strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset, focused on achieving results and solving problems effectively.
  • Systematic and well-organized approach, with a knack for meeting deadlines and defining priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player.
  • Strong sense of urgency and a humble, down-to-earth attitude.
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats and adapt to various roles.
  • Experience in contract packing and/or contract logistics for manufacturing-related accounts.
