Job Summary

As the Test Engineer, you will:

  • Conduct package tests in accordance with industry standards such as ISTA, ASTM, and customer specifications.
  • Perform material tests, including plywood strength, foam creep, ESD materials and properties, Mullen burst, and edge crush (ECT) tests.
  • Perform all package and material testing with minimal assistance.
  • Complete and submit formal test reports.
  • Maintain test records and test reports in accordance with Nefab standards.
  • Manage internal technical documentation and test standards.
  • Design and produce fixtures and jigs for testing, with support from the production team when needed.
  • Maintain records of all laboratory equipment.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, industrial design, packaging technology, or similar engineering background.
    • Alternatively, five years of work experience in testing products and/or packaging can replace a bachelor’s degree.
  • Packaging Dynamics Professional (ISTA PDP) certification or Certified Packaging Laboratory Professional (CPLP) through ISTA preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 3 years of previous working laboratory experience preferred, ideally in conducting product/packaging testing.
  • Knowledge of test standards for packaging and transportation industries (ISTA, ASTM, NEBS, etc.).
  • Technical knowledge of packaging materials and packaging design is a plus

Job Summary

The Sourcing and Procurement Manager plays a key role in driving the sourcing strategy, managing procurement processes, and building strong supplier relationships. This position is essential in identifying new suppliers, seeking cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials, both Direct and Indirect, to meet business objectives. Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the sourcing process for both Direct and Indirect materials, with a focus on identifying new suppliers to support new models and projects.

Job description

The facility QHSE (Quality/ Health and Safety/ Environmental) Coordinator main responsibility is to support the development and execution of the local quality/environmental/ H&S management systems. This includes conducting or ensuring regular and irregular inspections relevant to production and supplier quality, health, and safety, and environmental, support corrective and preventative actions, create quality alerts.  

This position reports directly to the Site Manager while working side-by-side with the other key team members to include the Regional Quality Manager, Regional Health & Safety Manager and group Quality/H&S organization.    

This person will be key to identifying, documenting, and driving the initiatives for quality/ environmental improvement.    In addition, this individual will support the Health and Safety regulations and day to day maintenance with local leadership.   

They will support and promote a culture of operational excellence with a focus on quality through training, coaching, and internal audits, while leveraging all available support service resources from the Nefab South East region and Nefab Americas organization.

JOB SUMMARY

Customer Service Agent will locate at Nefab Bac Ninh factory and manage all customer communication and process the required documents to be able to manage the shipments, orders, and invoices. Customer service agent will also handle customer complaints and create the required reports. This position will report to Customer service and logistic Manager of Nefab Vietnam.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the contact window to maintain good relationship with customers, meet or exceed customer satisfaction.
  • Process sales orders and invoices.
  • Prepare shipping documents.
  • Prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records by updating customer information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Handle and follow up on sales/delivery enquiries, including payment issues.
  • Plan, arrange and track delivery schedule.
  • Follow up with customer on orders and payments.
  • Generate sales, inventory, and other reports.
  • Work closely with warehouse team on stock availability and its lead time.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the leader as needed.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

  • University graduated.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service in Logistics industry.

Als Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist bij Nefab Packaging Netherlands ben jij de spil tussen onze klanten, eigen productiefaciliteiten en leveranciers. Je bent onderdeel van het team Commercial Project Support en werkt samen met 6 andere Procurement & Supply Chain Specialisten. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Het vertalen van klantvragen naar concrete specificaties en eisen die de basis vormen voor onze supply chain of eigen productiefaciliteiten.
  • Het uitsturen van RFQ's (Request for Quotation) naar leveranciers, waarbij je zorgvuldig de beste partners selecteert die voldoen aan onze kwaliteits- en prijscriteria.
  • Het grondig beoordelen en analyseren van ontvangen offertes, waarbij je de juiste balans vindt tussen kosten, kwaliteit en levertijden.
  • Het maken van gedegen kost(prijs)calculaties en het onderbouwen van make-or-buy beslissingen, waarbij je de meest kosteneffectieve productie- en inkoop optie bepaalt.
  • Het voorbereiden van overtuigende offertes voor onze Sales-afdeling, waarbij je onze oplossingen op een heldere en aantrekkelijke manier presenteert aan potentiële klanten;
  • Het managen/monitoren van winstgevendheid van nieuwe en bestaande projecten;
  • Het beheren van het logistieke proces van de leveranciersleveringen tot de oplevering aan de klant en bijsturen waar nodig;
  • Signaleren en oplossen van inkoop- of afnameproblemen. 

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken voor de functie Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist een kandidaat die beschikt over:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in supply chain procurement, inkoop, project management of supply chain management;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Je bent accuraat, proactief en beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden;
  • Je presteert onder druk, weet prioriteiten te stellen en overzicht te houden;
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te schakelen tussen verschillende belanghebbenden;
